How our hire works

You can hire audio products from us for up to 21 days and we will deliver your technology to your door. When you’re finished with your hired items, based on your order size, you’ll either return them via our pre-paid courier service (Collect+) or we’ll arrange collection. Learn more about how our easy hire system works.

Delivery

Place Over Ears will deliver your audio kit at least one working day ahead of your first day of hire, allowing you time to get used to your new equipment. Your hire consignment will require a signature for their delivery to an address of your choice.

Returning your items

Depending on your order size, we’ll either arrange to collect your hired items or you’ll return them on the day that follows your last day of hire. Learn how to return.

Hire deposits, late fees, and penalties

Place Over Ears requests a small deposit for every product you rent from us. You can see these amounts in your basket and order, and we do not charge your payment card for these amounts at the time of your order. Deposits are chargeable in the event of late return of hired items and missing accessories. Politely, they are not an insurance against loss or irreparable damage to your hire items.
