When it’s time to return your hires, here’s how to return them to us, safely and securely.

You will need to return your hired products the day that follows your last day of hire (even if that day happens to be a Sunday). In your package you’ll find a printed pre-paid returns label from Collect+. If you don’t return your hired items on the ‘Send Back’ day as stated in your order, you may be charged late penalties.

How to return

Your pre-paid return label will be included within your original consignment (applies to household orders only). Please keep it safe.

Pack up all your hire items, complete with their accessories and their instruction manuals. Give the box a gentle shake. No movement inside? That’s a sure sign of success. Securely affix your Collect+ label to your box and locate your nearest Collect+ outlet.

Take your items to your nearest Collect+ outlet. Always request and retain your despatch receipt and tracking number as you may need them in the event of a claim. You can track your parcel at Collect+.
