Return and collection

On your day Send Back’ day, depending if you are a household customer or a business, we will either arrange to collect your items (via Parcelforce) or you will need to return them using our pre-paid courier service (Collect+).

If you are a household customer

You will need to return your hired products on the ‘Send Back’ date, the day that follows your last day of hire (even if that day happens to be a Sunday).

Your pre-paid Collect+ return label will be included within your original consignment. Please keep it safe.

Pack up all your hire items, complete with their accessories and their instruction manuals. Give the box a gentle shake. No movement inside? That’s a sure sign of success. Securely affix your Collect+ label to your box and locate your nearest Collect+ outlet.

Take your items to your nearest Collect+ outlet. Always request and retain your despatch receipt and tracking number as you may need them in the event of a claim. You can track your parcel at Collect+.

If you don’t return your hires on the ‘Send Back’ date, you will incur additional hire fees per day (based on our daily rate at an equivalent of 4 days hire).

If you are a business customer

We will arrange to collect your hired products on the next working day that follows you ‘Send Back’ date, the day that follows your last day of hire. Please ensure that the items are ready for collection and securely and safely packed prior to our driver calling.

Please note that any missed collections are chargeable.
