Each item you hire has a points value and these are shown on the product's individual page. When you add a hire item to your basket, your points balance is deducted. If you attempt exceed your points balance, you will not be able to add further hire items to your basket. To reinstate points simply remove items at the checkout and continue with your shopping.
When it’s time to return your headphones, here’s how to return them to us, safely and securely.
Please post your headphones back to us on the working day that follows your last day of hire. If you fail to post back your headphones on this day, you will incur daily penalties that are the equivalent of a day hire rate for your headphones for a minimum hire period of four days.
Before the end of your headphone hire period, we will send you an email with your Collect+ returns label attached. Can’t find it? Try any spam or junk folders that it may have inadvertently arrived in. Still no luck, then please let us know and we’ll email it to you again.
Print out your Collect+ label and pack up all your hire items, complete with their accessories and their instruction manuals. Give the box a gentle shake. No movement inside? That’s a sure sign of success. Securely affix your Collect+ label to your box and locate your nearest Collect+ outlet.
Take your items to your nearest Collect+ outlet. Always request and retain your despatch receipt and tracking number as you may need them in the event of a claim. You can track your parcel at Collect+.
When your headphones are back with us, we will check them in and refund you your original deposit (less any penalties that may apply).
