Our hired headphones begin their return to us the working day that follows your last day of hire.
- If your order is under 3.62kg, your audio kit will be returned securely via the pre-paid, Collect+ returns label contained in your hire box. Learn more about returning.
- If your order is over 3.62kg, we will arrange the collection of the headphones from your business premises by a secure carrier.
If You Are Returning Your Hires via Collect+
Your pre-paid Collect+ return label will be included within your original consignment. Please keep it safe.
Pack up all your hire items, complete with their accessories and their instruction manuals. Give the box a gentle shake. No movement inside? That’s a sure sign of success. Securely affix your Collect+ label to your box and locate your nearest Collect+ outlet.
Take your items to your nearest Collect+ outlet. Always request and retain your despatch receipt and tracking number as you may need them in the event of a claim. You can track your parcel at Collect+.
If you don’t return your hires the working day that follows your last day of hire, you will incur additional hire fees per day (based on our daily rate at an equivalent of 2 days hire).
If Your Hires are Being Collected
We will arrange to collect your hired products by contacting you and emailing you a collections label for a trusted delivery company (DHL, DPD, etc.). Please ensure that
- The items are securely packed and ready for collection
- That you have firmly affixed the collection / returns label to every box in the consignment

If you don’t return your hires on the agreed day of collection (and as long as our delivery company have attempted collection), you will incur additional hire fees per day (based on our daily rate at an equivalent of 2 days hire). Also, please note that any missed collections are chargeable.
